Vella dosai (nammazhvar speical)

Rice 1 Cup
Jaggery Powder 0.5 Cup
Salt a small pinch
Cardamom Powder a pinch
Ghee Table spoon
Scrapped Coconut 1 table spoon

 Rice is soaked in water for 4-5  hours. Drain all water, and add jaggery and grind well in a mixer grinder, do not add water until you feel it is absolute necessary. The presence of jaggery oozes out water. Add pinch of salt, ghee, coconut and cardamom powder. Wait for another hour. In a hot pan (dosai kal) make this like normal dosa is made with slightly more thickness. It’s a favorite for nammazhvar.
