By the Grace of Shriyapathy it is prposed to be celeberated on 12-07-2008 - Saturday -

Periya:zhwa:r Thirunakshtram at  Sri:ma:n Gomatam Sri:niva:sa Raghavan 's Thirumaligai  as per the following programme :

Time  :19-45 Hours To 21-00 Hours.

Pa:surangal For Anusantha:nam :

Thirupallandu & Selected Pa:surangal from Periya:zhwa:r Thirumozhi as sent in the previous mail , Kalakshebam Satthu Murai & Va:zhi Thiruna:mangal (copies already sent and Bagavadha:s are requested to bring Printouts).

Kalakshebam by Shri. U.Ve. Srivathsan Swamigal ( 15 -20 Minutes Duration) on Periya:zhwa:r , Vadaku Thiruveedhi Pillai & Swmi Nadha Munigal  (whose Thirunakshtram falls on 14-07-2008).

Srmt. Mythili Ramaswamy had composed an excellent " OODAM" song Glorifying the a:zhwa:r, his life and his works , which will also be dedicated on thi day to the " Lotus Feet " of the a:zhwa:r. The same is sent as an Attachment and please bring the Printout of the same. Our sincere and special thanks to Mami- who had composed" OODAM" songs on Thrupa:na a:zhwa:r , Thirumangai a:zhwa:r & Swami Desikan. Adeyen (on behalf  of all of us ) had requested mami to find time and compose "OODAM" songs on all the  remaining a:zhwa:rs at the First Phase & a:cha:rya:s on the Second Phase.

All Bagavdha:s are requested to attend and seek the Blessings & Glorify the a:zhwa:r by chanting his Pa:surams.

It is said that Among the a:ZHWa:RS - Periya:zhwa:r had the "Pongum Parivu" and his "Thirupallandu " is the "Pranavam ( OM - Vedas") " for all the " Divya Prabandham" and that is why " ThiruPallandu" is recited at the beginning  at the time of Anusanthanam of " Divya Prabandham".
