FESTIVITY IN CAPITAL OF FESTIVALS!

Srirangam,the capital of all DivyaDesams is popular for its endless festivals.To add more pleasure the PATNAPRAVESAM of SRIMADH PARAMAHAMSEDHYADHI JAGATHGURU SRIMADH KALIYAN VANAMAMALAI RAMANUJA JEEYAR SWAMIGAL was celebrated rejoicefully.

 The jeeyar swamy –a stalwart in stammel- after his recent celebration of his 75th Thirunakshatra in Triplicane made his vijayam to srirangam to make his mangalasasanams to DivyaThambathis of srirangam.

On 7th dec 07, the swami visited Nampillai's sannidhi from where he was brought with all the reverences and respects from the temple.Swami with the ceremonious procession temple elephant in the lead was seated on PALLAKKU and was carried by srivaishnavites to manavala mamuni Sannidhi Where swamy made his mangalasasanams.From there  he was carried to the temple where the swami was paid the poorna kumba mariyada with all rituals by temple maniyam and sannidhi bhattars.

 Swami made mangalasasanams to Udayavar,Namperumal & Thayar in their respective sannidhis.After his mangalasasanams,the swami with the procession of PATNAPRAVESAMin Veedhi Pradakshinam of all chitira Veedhis reached the VANAMAMALAI MUTT. The entire Procession was a gorgeous ceremony,a feast to the eyes and mind.

 Srimadh Paramahamsedhyadhi Srirangam SriRanga Narayana Jeeyar swamigal called on swami and made mangalasasanams.The scene when both jeeyar swamis were seen in the same place,brought the ecstacy to all the srivaishnavites & disciples of srimadam.Hundreds of SriVaishnavites and disciples have gathered in the mutt to pay homage to swami by prostrating and got blessed.

Srimaan Trust took the opportunity to get all students of SBK and SBG to the mutt to pay reverence to swami.Swami was very pleased to see the students of SBK & SBG who were already known to swami .Students were recognized by the swami.

 Amidst his tight schedule swami graciously spared his time to hear the students recite ATHIMANUSHASTAVAM,SRISTHAVAM,UPADESA RATHNA MALAI ,SRIRENGANATHA STOTRAM etc..

After the recitation of the students ,swami made a brief speech in which he expressed his happiness regarding sri Parsara Badri Narayana Bhattar ,our founder for his incessant kainkaryam to bring up the students in the way of srivaishnavites.Swami also expressed his joy at the virtues of students to recite the slogans beautifully and blessed them to become specimens of sriVaishnavites in the future.

 Srimaan Trust submitted a bag of rice to swami which was received by him pleasantly.

 The whole ceremony of swami's Pattna Pravesam was very colourful and swami on his 75th Thirunakshathra was hale & healthy.Swami's Service to Emberumanar's Darshanam is very stupendous at his age-including travelling extensively all over India often-no doubt.

"Manavala Mamuniye Innum oru Nootrandirum" which is quite applicable to our swami for the benefit "Adiyargal Vazha Aranga  Nagar Vazha"
