Sri Krishna anubhavam : Experience of Lord Krishna (a report):

Guided by Sri: U.vE Ve:lukkudi KrishNan sva:mi , a group of 1500 sri:vaishnava:s toured the places graced by Lord Krishna during dva:parya yuga. Accompanying them were many preceptors and scholars like Sri U.Ve . Para:shara Bhattar sva:mi , Sri U Ve Koil aNNan sva:mi, Sri U Ve Sriperumbu:du:r Appan sva:mi, Sri U.Ve Dodda:charyar sva:mi, Sri U.Ve. Sri:perumbu:du:r Elayavilli sva:mi, Sri U.Ve. Elayavilli Sri:ra:m sva:mi and many others.

Scholars of all four veda:s also were present in this group. The group also included scholars of pura:na:s for chanting Srimad bha:gavatham. The entire team was divided into five groups. The devotees left chennai on the 6th of september 2007. Each group comprising 350 to 400 people visited on holy place per day. This pilgrimage was scheduled between the 8th of september to the 13th. The six places visited were Mathura, Go:kulam(Thiruvoypa:di), Brinda:vanam, Nandagra:mam, Go:vardhan and Ka:mya:vanam.

On the 14th (7th day of recital)  'Srimath Bha:gavatham sa:trumurai' was done. This was followed by the performance of the holy wedding ceremony of Lord Krishna with Goddess RukmiNi  in the evening. That night , the devotees left for Kurukshe:tra, the land where the Lord handed over the Bhagavad geeta to Arjuna and the world. At jyotheeshvar , the devotees recited the entire Geeta. This was followed by a visit to Bhi:shma sharadarpam . The devotees recited Sri:VishNu sahasran:mam at this place. All the groups reached Delhi and returned to Chennai on the morning of 17th September.

Many devotees shared their experiences. Said one devotee ,"Adiyen is one of the beneficiary of Krishnaanubavam by Lord Krishna's grace and much of the efforts of our(Deemed Lord) Swamy Velukkudi Krishnan's grace.But for him(swamy Krishnan) this tour would not have been successful." Many were unable to recount their experiences because of the magnitude and greatness of the experience and it was considerable time when some one could write a blog on such experiences. After the rich sway of joy from Krishna anubhavam , many devotees agreed " This sva:mi(velukkudi sva:mi) is the Lord for us in kaliyuga".
