(9) Sri: Go:da (A:nda:l)-- She was born out of earth in the Thulasi garden of Sri: Periya:zhwa:r in Sri: Villipuththu:r, in the 98th year of Kaliyuga i.e. Nala year, A:sha:da month, Sukla Chathurthhi, Tuesday, Thula lagnam in the afternoon. She was fostered by Sri: Periya:zhwa:r couple with uthmost love and affection. Since childhood, she was in love with Lord Sri:manna:ra:ya:na only and was always immersed in experiencing the divine qualities of the Lord. She graced two great prabandhams “Thiruppa:vai” and “Na:chchiya:r Thirumo:zhi” out of separation from the Lord. Finally she married archa: mu:rthi of Sri: Rangana:thha of Sri: Rangam and was united with Him. |
